BIM Purchasing Module
The Purchasing module is the main essence of the BIM irp. It is responsible of managing supplier information (Name, CAO number, Supplier Number, Personal Info, Currency…), and Supplier-Products information (product costs and offers, delivery delay, product quality…).
BIM irp is developed in a way to require the least human intervention by means of many supplier comparison tables (costs, delivery delay, and quality) and other ordering automations (automatic scheduled purchase orders, automatic alerts…).
This module is also responsible of calculating valuable inventory information like real product costs (average cost, last cost, min cost, max cost) per product or per product/supplier based on every received invoice. These costs will be later used to evaluate many constructive data like warehouse cost, items turn-over rate, order rate, and supplier's accounts.
A purchasing manager's role is to manage the supplier offers, bargain with them on offers based on other competitors' offers. He will also monitor the requests of the company stock keepers' request, and make purchase orders based on their needed quantities. A very effective table compares the price costs of every product for every supplier, taking into consideration the delivery delays, minimum order quantities, and product quality, which will make decision making for managers like a piece of cake! This feature is the first to be ever implemented in business software solutions.
BIM irp will save you the wasted time in calculating costs and preparing different comparison charts between suppliers, and will leave you the final decision to the best suitable option.
Supplier offers won't cause you a headache anymore. Our very easy and flexible offer builder will manage all offer-based invoices and delivery vouchers providing you with a very accurate data for your real costs evaluation.
Purchase orders (PO) can be made with a single click. Smart PO Scheduler is another unique function that will order for you the exact needed stock quantities, at any time, for any warehouse, without the intervention of a purchasing manager. Routine orders can be very easily scheduled on recurrent bases (i.e. every Monday, every 10 days, every end of month, or on yearly bases) with preset quantities or online calculated quantities.
PO scheduler is especially very useful for small businesses that can't afford hiring a purchasing manager - all you have to do is to let your stock keeper schedule his needed products/quantities and your Purchase orders will always be ready on time!
